Yes. You can get same day delivery service only in Dhaka City and must select the express delivery option in checkout page for order.

Note: Same day delivery possible if only the order placed before 10-11am. Friday Same day Delivery off & not possible to deliver gadget & accessories items.

There are two delivery methods. Standard and Express Delivery. In Standard delivery, customers will receive the products in 24-72 hours and will be charged BDT 60 and in Express delivery, the product will arrive in 24 hours* and the customer will be charged BDT 150. Outsite Dhaka City Delivery charge 120tk & Sub Dhaka 100tk for Home Delivery.

Special products like Chocolates, Seasonal Fruits and Farm Fresh Raw Milk or Products on Request will take up to 5 business days to deliver.

All orders are delivered during business hours (9 AM – 8 PM), unless you have opted for a Midnight or a Fixed time delivery.

We have following 2 modes of delivery – Pathao delivery(Home Delivery) and Sundorban courier.

Coupon codes are mostly receivable through our campaigns or spin the wheel activities and will grant you discounts or buy one get one offer. Most coupons will have a minimum or maximum discount threshold which will be mentioned on the coupon. Most coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons and on sale products.

Some coupons will provide you with store credits that can be used during checkout and there will be no barriers in using those. These store credits can be received by purchasing Memberships.

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email & SMS along with your order number.

  • Payment received: We have received the payment of your order and your order is ready to be executed.
  • Payment pending: The payment for your order has still due.
  • Order processing: Your order is confirmed. It will be delivered as per the date and time slot chosen by you.
  • Order shipped: Your order is out for delivery/ Dispatched/ Hand over to the delivery agent.
  • Order delivered: Your order has been delivered.
  • Order failed: Your order has seemed to fake/invalid/incomplete information.
  • Order Cancelled: Incorrect address/ fake order/ unavailable stock/ pending payment.

During the Checkout, you can select whether the product is a gift and needs to be shipped in different address or not. Also, you can add notes with the order in case of any instructions.

Some products are also gift wrap able on request. BDT 20 will be charged in such cases.

Digital Products like Membership Cards are not giftable.

Now sit back and relax. Your order is processing, and you will be notified in almost every step of ours.

We might give you a call to confirm your order as well in your given number. After getting the confirmation, you will receive your product on time.

Well, that is up to you but you can also be a couch potato like our founders and have your items delivered to your house for free.

Our prices are sometimes lower than that of major superstores in the city. We also carry a larger variety than the average corner-store. So, there is really no reason to not buy from us. 

We have deals with whole-sellers, manufacturers and importers. We only sell authentic products. 

Surely yes if the product is available in the country and market. Also, in case you want to request a product which is not listed in our store you can surely fillip our REQUEST A PRODUCT form with necessary information.

We will try our best to source the product and inform your right of way so you can order. Also, if any product is out of stock in our store, you can add that product in Waitlist which will let us know about your need.

We accept Cash On Delivery and we also have Online Banking Service e.g. bKash, Rocket, Nagad. Don’t worry, our ChocoCraving representatives should always carry enough change.

We would require the following information from you –

  • Contact number of the recipient

  • Sender’s name
  • Shipping option
  • Billing information

You will receive an invoice in your email address or also can download it from the “My Account” section on our website.

Our delivery person will also carry a hard copy with him/her to hand over to the customer if the customer wants.

No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You have to check your product(s) before the delivery boy left. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Don’t worry. You can write to us at sales@chococraving.com or call us at +880 9696209323 / 01537609323 (10:00 AM-12:00 AM, All Day) and we will take care of it.

Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days.

Note: Order modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make changes. Order modification/cancellation in an international order, please give at least 48 hours notice. Your refund amount shall be credited to the Mobile wallet (bKash, Rocket or Nagad) through which the payment was made by confirming our team by phone call.
