What is dark chocolate?
Dark chocolate is a more bitter flavored chocolate that is made from cocoa solids, sugar and cocoa butter. It does not contain any milk.
Dark chocolate is usually 50% to 100% cocoa. Most brands of chocolate contain 85%, 85% or 90% cocoa.
How is the nutrition supply?
Dark chocolate naturally contains iron, magnesium, copper, manganese, so it has health benefits and many more.
Iron helps our body make red blood cells which supply oxygen to the body. Copper helps iron to make hemoglobin. Magnesium directs the parathyroid gland of our body to function properly. And manganese helps the body make some enzymes Of which “food breaking enzyme” is significant.

How beneficial for health?
It seems easier to say the disadvantages than to say the benefits of dark chocolate because it has no disadvantages. Let’s take a look at the benefits:
